A heartwarming rescue story unfolded when a kind man discovered a frail dog wandering in the pouring rain. Her body, skin and bones, was drenched, and a piece of fishing net was tangled around her, making her every movement a struggle. The poor dog had an injured eye, limiting her vision, and she was shivering from the cold and hunger.
