Ever met a puppy whose eyes tug at your heartstrings? That’s exactly what happened when a compassionate woman found a limping stray puppy rummaging through garbage. This little guy, later named Sanjo, was not just battling hunger but also suffering from malnutrition and congenital dysplasia.

Determined to give Sanjo a fighting chance, the rescuer took him to a larger hospital for a thorough check-up. Despite the daunting prognosis, which included expensive surgery and uncertain recovery, the decision was made to try and help Sanjo live a full life. After surgery and some TLC, Sanjo’s condition improved, and he quickly became a bundle of joy.

To celebrate Sanjo’s recovery, his new owner planned a holiday trip to Tengchong, Yunnan. Traveling with Sanjo was an adventure—finding pet-friendly accommodations and dealing with travel logistics were challenging, but every moment was worth it. Sanjo thrived on the journey, from playing in the grass to exploring hot springs in a unique homemade setup.

Sanjo’s transformation from a street dog to a beloved travel companion is a heartwarming reminder of the difference a little love and care can make. With every wag and playful bark, Sanjo is proof that with compassion, even the smallest changes can lead to the happiest endings.
