By the fifth day, a family dog named Xiaobai embraced the little puppy as her own, offering him warmth and companionship. Though Xiaobai couldn’t nurse him, she became his protector, constantly by his side. Named “Star” on his 18th day, he slowly learned to walk, though often stumbling.
As Star grew, he became mischievous, tearing papers and nibbling on everything in sight. Xiaobai patiently tolerated his antics, always by his side like a true guardian.
